Company Rebrand
Allan&Murphy is a 2-woman real estate team I have worked with since 2015 when their business was just beginning. They already had a cranberry and lime green color palette and a logo created from another designer, and my task then was simply to work within their existing brand to create marketing collateral.
The team’s business has grown and evolved over the last 10 years, and they are now one of BerkshireHathaway’s most successful real estate teams, focusing primarily on luxury golf and lifestyle properties.
I’ve been encouraging them to do a brand refresh for years toward a cleaner, more modern aesthetic that fits better with their high-end lifestyle clientele, and we eventually went forward with a rebrand in 2024, which included a new color palette, new fonts, new logo, new website, and all -new marketing collateral to support the new look.
